Fushun Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (formerly Fushun Machinery Factory) was established in 1950 and has emerged as a specialized privately-owned pressure vessel manufacturing enterprise following its re-group in 2002. The total number of employees in the company is 700, with a factory area covered 170,000 square meters and a building area of 70,000 square meters. Its annual production capacity ranges from 35,000 to 40,000 tons.

The company holds A1 and A2 grade pressure vessel design and manufacturing licenses, as well as boiler and pressure vessel authorization certificates and U, U2, and S code stamps issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Its ISO9001-2000 quality control system is certified by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI). The company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) system complies with the standards Q/SHS0001.1-2001, GB/T24001-2004/ISO14001:2004, and GB/T28001-2001, and has been certified by the Qingdao Sinochem Sunshine  System Certification  Center. Additionally, the company has a National Confidentiality Qualification for Military Equipment Research and Production (Level 3) and has successfully obtained the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) Qualified Supplier Certificate, providing robust support for its diversified development strategy.

Since producingChina’s first "ASME  CODE and TEMA Standard" shell-and-tube heat exchanger in 1963, the people of Fushun Machinery have consistently strengthened the company’s capabilities through wisdom, determination, resilience, and innovation. Significant improvements in production capacity and technical equipment were achieved following the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" technological upgrades. During this period, the company manufactured 28 hydrogenation units for major refineries within the Sinopec system, making outstanding contributions to the localization of hydrogenation equipment and establishing its position in Sinopec’s domestic hydrogenation equipment supply chain.

Through years of dedicated effort, the company now offers over 20 types of non-standard products, utilizing a wide range of materials such as low-alloy steel (2.25Cr-1Mo/2.25Cr-1MoV), high-alloy steel (Inconel 625/Hastelloy C276), stainless steel (316L), duplex steel (2205/2507), low-temperature steel (09MnNiDR/18MnNiMoNbR), 3.5Ni, and titanium. Core products include large-scale plate-welded and forged-welded hydrogenation reactors, four-in-one continuous catalytic reforming reactors, high-temperature high-pressure breech lock heat exchangers, high-pressure diaphragm-sealed heat exchangers, Omega-ring heat exchangers, large vertical heat exchangers, high-pressure separators, primary and secondary reformers for fertilizer plants, and large-scale heat exchangers, towers, and vessels for million-ton ethylene plants.

With continuous advancements in new product development and technological capabilities, the company’s service scope has expanded globally. Its products are exported to countries such as theUnited  States,Russia,Pakistan,Venezuela,Iran,Bangladesh, andKazakhstan. Since 2013, the company has developed innovative products including the "Five-Ring" coal gasifier, thousand-ton plate-forged composite hydrogenation reactors, DN1700 large breech lock heat exchangers, ebullated bed residue hydrogenation reactors, spiral-wound heat exchangers, and MCT suspension bed reactors. These advancements have been recognized by domestic industry experts as filling multiple blanks in localization.
